Tour Itinerary:
- In the morning you will be transferred to the ranch, which is located in the region of Greater Buenos Aires, about one hour away from the city and start the day with a welcome snack where you will be able to sample typical Argentinean empanadas (pasties) with wine and juice.
- You will then be able to enjoy the sights by going for a horse ride in the countryside (riding and/or in a coach). Back at the ranch you will then have the opportunity to take part in a rural cooking class where you will learn how to make empanadas, followed by a mate-tea making demonstration and a presentation of the typical gaucho riding outfits and traditional saddles and riding equipment.
- At 1 o’clock, lunch will be served (BBQ with sausages, black pudding, roast and chicken, salad, potatoes Provencal, mixed salad, carrots and eggs, drinks (red and white wine, beer, fizzy drinks, fizzy and still water), deserts and coffee (vegetarian option available). During lunch you will see a traditional singing and dancing show that will get you acquainted with all of the typical rhythms of Argentina (zamba, gato, chacarera, malambo, malambo con boleadoras, bombos show, chamame, tango, etc.), and you will have the opportunity to try tango a bit yourself!
- Finally you will see a riding show (gaucho techniques and traditional games), and have an afternoon snack (mate-tea and fried cake) before heading back to the city of Buenos Aires at 5 o’clock.
